Definition:
NCI-H2126 is a human cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Lung large cell carcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H2126 is used as an in vitro model of Lung large cell carcinoma to investigate ERK signaling, cell migration, and gene-expression regulation.
