Definition:
NCI-H28 is a human cancer cell line derived from Pleural effusion and associated with Pleural malignant mesothelioma and Pleural mesothelioma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H28 is used as an in vitro model of Pleural malignant mesothelioma and Pleural mesothelioma to investigate ERK signaling, EGFR signaling, and apoptosis.
