NCI-H292 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lymph node and associated with Lung mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H292 is used as an in vitro model of Lung mucoepidermoid carcinoma to investigate apoptosis, mitochondrial function, and cytotoxicity.
