NCI-H322M is a human Club cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Minimally invasive lung adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H322M is used as an in vitro model of Minimally invasive lung adenocarcinoma to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
