NCI-H441 is a human Club cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Pericardial effusion and associated with Lung papillary adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H441 is used as an in vitro model of Lung papillary adenocarcinoma to investigate inflammatory signaling, receptor signaling and trafficking, epithelial barrier function, and membrane transport.
