NCI-H510A is a human cancer cell line derived from Adrenal gland and associated with Lung small cell carcinoma and Small cell lung cancer. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H510A is used as an in vitro model of Lung small cell carcinoma and Small cell lung cancer to investigate gene-expression regulation and cytotoxicity.
