NCI-H720 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Lung carcinoid tumor. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NCI-H720 is used as an in vitro model of Lung carcinoid tumor to investigate EGFR signaling, VEGF signaling, apoptosis, cell-cycle control, receptor signaling and trafficking, and angiogenesis.
