Definition:

NUGC-4 is a human cancer cell line derived from Paragastric lymph node and associated with Gastric signet ring cell adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. NUGC-4 is used as an in vitro model of Gastric signet ring cell adenocarcinoma to investigate cell proliferation.
