Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. OCI-AML2 is used as an in vitro model of Adult acute myeloid leukemia and q23) KMT2A-MLLT4 to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
