OCI-Ly3 is a human cancer cell line derived from Bone marrow and associated with Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma activated B-cell type and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. OCI-Ly3 is used as an in vitro model of Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma activated B-cell type and Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma to investigate cell proliferation.
