OE19
Definition:
OE19 is a human cancer cell line derived from Esophagus and associated with Esophageal adenocarcinoma and Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. OE19 is used as an in vitro model of Esophageal adenocarcinoma and Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus to investigate HER2 signaling, cell proliferation, and cellular uptake.
