OE33

Definition:

OE33 is a human cancer cell line derived from Esophagus and associated with Barrett adenocarcinoma and Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. OE33 is used as an in vitro model of Barrett adenocarcinoma and Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus to investigate TGF-β signaling, cell invasion, cell-cycle control, and drug resistance.
