PSN1 is a human cancer cell line derived from Pancreas and associated with Pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. PSN1 is used as an in vitro model of Pancreatic adenocarcinoma to investigate cell proliferation, cell migration, and cell invasion.
