QIMR-WIL is a human cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Adult acute myeloid leukemia and Acute myeloid leukemia. QIMR-WIL is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). QIMR-WIL is used as an in vitro model of Adult acute myeloid leukemia and Acute myeloid leukemia to investigate gene-expression regulation and viral infection.
