Raji
Definition:
Raji is a human B-cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Bone, jaw, maxilla and associated with EBV-related Burkitt lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma. Raji is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Raji is used as an in vitro model of EBV-related Burkitt lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma to investigate p53 signaling, apoptosis, and cytotoxicity.
