Definition:
Rec1 is a human cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Mantle cell lymphoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. Rec1 is used as an in vitro model of Mantle cell lymphoma to investigate DNA-damage responses and gene-expression regulation.
