RG2

Definition:

RG2 is a rat cancer cell line derived from Brain, cerebellum and associated with Rat malignant glioma. RG2 is immortalized or transformed by N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU). RG2 is used as an in vitro model of Rat malignant glioma to investigate PI3K-AKT signaling, mTOR signaling, MAPK signaling, apoptosis, cell proliferation, and oxidative stress.
