RL95-2 is a human cancer cell line derived from Endometrium and associated with Endometrial adenosquamous carcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. RL95-2 is used as an in vitro model of Endometrial adenosquamous carcinoma to investigate apoptosis, cell proliferation, cell-cycle control, mitochondrial function, and cellular metabolism.
