Definition:
RPMI 6410 is a human cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Acute myeloid leukemia. RPMI 6410 is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). RPMI 6410 is used as an in vitro model of Acute myeloid leukemia to investigate DNA-damage responses.
