Definition:
RWLeu4 is a human cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with Chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive and Chronic myeloid leukemia. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. RWLeu4 is used as an in vitro model of Chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive and Chronic myeloid leukemia to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
