S1-M1-80 is a human cancer cell line derived from Colon and associated with Colon adenocarcinoma. S1-M1-80 is a resistant derivative of S1-M1-3.2 selected against Mitoxantrone. S1-M1-80 is used as an in vitro model of Colon adenocarcinoma to investigate cell proliferation, cell-cycle control, and drug resistance.
