Definition:

T84 is a human cancer cell line derived from Lung and associated with Colon adenocarcinoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. T84 is used as an in vitro model of Colon adenocarcinoma to investigate PI3K-AKT signaling, ERK signaling, receptor signaling and trafficking, cell differentiation, and epithelial barrier function.
