T98G is a human cancer cell line derived from Brain and associated with Glioblastoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. T98G is used as an in vitro model of Glioblastoma to investigate mTOR signaling, apoptosis, autophagy, cell proliferation, and cell migration.
