Definition:
TSGH is a trichopodus trichopterus spontaneously immortalized cell line derived from Heart. Its spontaneous immortalization permits extended propagation while retaining lineage-associated properties. TSGH is used to investigate p53 signaling, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and DNA-damage responses in a controlled cellular system.
