Definition:

YAC-1 is a mouse cancer cell line derived from Ascites and associated with Mouse lymphoma. YAC-1 is immortalized or transformed by Moloney murine leukemia virus (MoMuLV). YAC-1 is used as an in vitro model of Mouse lymphoma to investigate apoptosis and gene-expression regulation.
