BHY is a human cancer cell line derived from Oral cavity, alveolar ridge and associated with Alveolar ridge squamous cell carcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. BHY is used as an in vitro model of Alveolar ridge squamous cell carcinoma and Squamous cell carcinoma of the oral cavity to investigate tumor-cell growth, cell survival, and pharmacological response.
