Definition:

CH1 is a human cancer cell line derived from Bone, thoracic vertebra and associated with Chondrosarcoma. Its continuous tumor-cell growth supports reproducible mechanistic and pharmacological experiments. CH1 is used as an in vitro model of Chondrosarcoma to investigate cell proliferation, cell-cycle control, DNA-damage responses, receptor signaling and trafficking, and gene-expression regulation.
