Flusulfinam
Flusulfinam is a HPPD inhibitor and herbicide, with an IC50 of 0.0181 μM against Arabidopsis thaliana HPPD. Flusulfinam inhibits the catalytic activity of recombinant Arabidopsis thaliana HPPD. Flusulfinam exhibits potent herbicidal activity against barnyard grass (Echinochloa crus-galli). Flusulfinam inhibits the growth of Digitaria sanguinalis.

Activité biologique
Flusulfinam (0.94-30 g a.i. ha-1) exhibits strong herbicidal activity against barnyardgrass (Echinochloa crus-galli), inducing leaf chlorosis and plant death, with a GR50 value of 3.7235 ± 0.7995 g a.i. ha-1[1].
Flusulfinam (25 mg/L) reduces the chlorophyll content in Spirodela polyrhiza[1].
Flusulfinam potently inhibits the catalytic activity of recombinant Arabidopsis thaliana HPPD in vitro, with an IC50 of 0.0181 ± 0.0021 μM, which is 16 times more potent than Mesotrione[1].
Foliar application of Flusulfinam inhibits the growth of Digitaria sanguinalis, with an EC50 of 21.91 mg/L[2].
