Geomycin C inhibits the growth of Streptococcus pneumoniae (CGMCC 1.1692) with an IC₅₀ of 36.2 µM and an MIC of 151.5 µM^[1].
Geomycin C inhibits the growth of Escherichia coli (CGMCC 1.2340) with an IC₅₀ of 12.9 µM and an MIC of 30.3 µM^[1].
