Biological Activity: 17(R)-HDHA (17(R)-HDoHE) is a pro-resolving mediator (SPM). 17(R)-HDHA enhances the differentiation of B cells toward the CD27(+)CD38(+) antibody-secreting cell phenotype, thereby strongly increasing IgM and IgG production by activated B cells. 17(R)-HDHA does not affect cell proliferation and is non-toxic to cells[1].
