Biological Activity: Noratropine is a major metabolite of Atropine (HY-B1205). Noratropine can be formed from Atropine via oxidative N-demethylation and can also be isolated from Anthocercis littorea. Atropine is a competitive muscarinic acetylcholine receptor (mAChR) antagonist. Atropine can be used in research on anti-myopia and bradycardia[1][2][3][4].
