Biological Activity: Dihydro FF-MAS is a steroid triterpenoid compound. Dihydro FF-MAS is an intermediate in the cholesterol synthesis pathway. Dihydro FF-MAS triggers the resumption of meiosis in cultured mouse oocytes in vitro, but not in vivo. Dihydro FF-MAS can be used in studies of reproduction and lipid metabolism[1].
