REV7/REV3L-IN-1 inhibits interstrand crosslink repair in cells. REV7/REV3L-IN-1 chemosensitizes cancer cells to Cisplatin (HY-17394). REV7/REV3L-IN-1 can be used in cervical cancer research[1].
