Biological Activity: TNO003 is a selective fluorogenic substrate for stromelysin-1 (MMP-3). TNO003 has higher selectivity for MMP-3 than MMP-1, MMP-2, MMP-7, MMP-8, MMP-9 and MMP-13. TNO003 can be used for the determination of stromelysin activity (Ex/Em = 360/490 nm)[1].
