Biological Activity: PF-794 is a potent, selective and ATP-competitive Traf2- and Nck-interacting kinase (TNIK) inhibitor with an IC50 of 39 nM. PF-794 shows selective for the TNIK family. PF-794 reduces endogenous p120-catenin phosphorylation in cells. PF-794 can be used for teh study of psychiatric disorders[1].
