PDE4B/7A-IN-1 shows IC50 values of 69.0 μM for PDE4B and 57.0 μM for PDE7A, as well as Ki values of 539 nM for 5-HT1A and 328 nM for 5-HT7. PDE4B/7A-IN-1 shows favorable membrane permeability. PDE4B/7A-IN-1 can be used for the study of cognitive impairment and depression[1].
