Biological Activity: ABS-752 is a potent and orally active GSPT1 and NEK7 molecular glue degrader. ABS-752 shows cytotoxicity. ABS-752 decreases the protein expression of GSPT1 and SALL4, NEK7. ABS-752 is a prodrug activated by the monoamine oxidase, VAP-1, to an aldehyde intermediate and subsequently to the active molecule, ABT-002 (HY-175283). ABS-752 has the potential for the research of hepatocellular carcinoma[1].
