Biological Activity: NS5A-IN-2 (Compound 33) is a potent inhibitor of NS5A. NS5A-IN-2 has extremely high potency against HCV genotype 1b, improved activity against genotype 3a (GT 3a) and good metabolic stability[1]. NS5A-IN-2 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
