KRAS G12D inhibitor 25 inhibits the proliferation of MIA PaCa-2 and NCI-H358 with EC50 of < 0.1 μM and 0.1-1 μM, respectively. KRAS G12D inhibitor 25 degrades ERBB2 with a DC50 of 0.1-1 μM[1].
