Biological Activity: VEGFR-2-IN-94 is a potent ATP-competitive VEGFR-2 kinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 68 nM. VEGFR-2-IN-94 competitively inhibits the kinase activity and angiogenic signaling of VEGFR-2 by occupying its ATP-binding pocket, thereby inducing G0/G1 phase arrest in cancer cells and regulating apoptosis-related proteins to trigger apoptosis. VEGFR-2-IN-94 can be used for research on colorectal cancer[1].
