Belinostat glucuronide (Belinostat G) is the major metabolite formed via UGT1A1-catalyzed O-glucuronidation of Belinostat (HY-10225), and exhibits no activity against cancer cells^[1].

In Vitro

Belinostat glucuronide (1 mg/mL; 24 h) exhibits high stability after 24 h of incubation at 37°C in acidic environments (pH 2.6-6.5), which confirms its O-conjugated structure^[1].
Belinostat glucuronide (0.1-10 μM; 72 h) exhibits no cytotoxic activity against HepG2 cells^[1].
