Daudi
Definition:
Daudi is a human B-cell-derived cancer cell line derived from Peripheral blood and associated with EBV-related Burkitt lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma. Daudi is immortalized or transformed by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Daudi is used as an in vitro model of EBV-related Burkitt lymphoma and Burkitt lymphoma to investigate mTOR signaling, apoptosis, autophagy, cell-cycle control, and mitochondrial function.
