PPO-IN-26 (Compound H13) (0.005−200 μM) potently inhibits purified recombinant Nicotiana tabacum protoporphyrinogen IX oxidase with a K_i value of 30.3 nM^[1].
PPO-IN-26 (75−150 g a.i./ha; 3 weeks) exhibits broad-spectrum postemergent herbicidal activity, providing 100% control of 26 weed species at 150 g a.i./ha and 24 weed species at 75 g a.i./ha^[1].
