PPO-IN-27

In Vitro

PPO-IN-27 (10ba) (1.25-80 μg/L) exhibits potent apparent NtPPO inhibitory activity with an IC₅₀ of 14.31 nM, demonstrating approximately 2.08-fold stronger activity than the commercial reference flufenpyr-ethyl^[1].
Molecular docking predicts that PPO-IN-27 (10ba) fits well into the hydrophobic cavity of NtPPO, with its cyclopropyl diester side chain forming putative hydrogen-bond interactions (2.1-2.6 Å) with Thr70, Ser474, Mse69, and Asn468^[1].
