In Vitro
PE-AF700 (2.5 μl per test; 20 min at 37°C), a reagent conjugated with anti-CD25 antibody, exhibits better staining efficacy for erythrocyte-lysed whole blood leukocytes when incubated at 37°C for 20 min[1].
