DTLMISR acetate
DTLMISR acetate is a tryptic peptide widely present in the Fc regions of all four human IgG subclasses. DTLMISR acetate contains a methionine residue susceptible to both post-translational modification oxidation and artificial oxidation, and its oxidized form requires specific detection via LC-MRM before SILuMAb aliquoting and storage.
