EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1
EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 is an EGFR (IC50 = 0.03 μM) and Cytokine inhibitor (TNF-α, IC50 = 3.1 μM; IL-6, IC50 = 1.6 μM). EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 shows potent anticancer activity on A549 and MCF7, respectively. EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 significantly reduces IL-6 and TNF-α levels in A549 cells, and also shows promising ADMET profiles. EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 can induce apoptosis in a dose-dependent manner. compound 5h can be used for the study of breast cancer and lung cancer.

Biological Activity
EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 (Compound 5 h) (72 h) displays strong anticancer activity, with IC50 values of 9.2 μM against A549 and 8.2 μM against MCF-7, and shows minimal cytotoxicity to MCF-10A (Non-Tumorigenic Cells)[1].
EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 (0.01 to 100 μM, 1 h) has a high binding affinity for EGFR (IC50 = 0.03 μM)[1].
EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 shows the strongest dual inhibitory activity against TNF-α and IL-6, with IC50 values of 3.1 μM and 1.6 μM, respectively[1].
EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 shows a significant buildup of cells in the G2/M phase and a clear reduction in the G0/G1 and S phases in A549 cells[1].
EGFR/Cytokine-IN-1 shows noticeable apoptotic response, early apoptotic cells rose significantly to 51.75 %, while late apoptotic cells were at 30.40 %, and viable cells dropped to only 13.32 %; the total apoptosis rate reached 82.15 %, indicating a strong pro-apoptotic effect in A549 cells[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
