Flucytosine is a widely used cytotoxic drug that, after further metabolism, produces fluorinated ribonucleotides and deoxyribonucleotides, inhibits DNA and protein synthesis, and has multiple effects such as inhibiting candida and candida neoplasm infection and producies cytotoxicity to cancer cells.
