Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in several diseases, including autosomal recessive craniometaphyseal dysplasia; congenital heart disease (multiple); erythrokeratodermia variabilis (multiple); oculodentodigital dysplasia; and palmoplantar keratoderma and congenital alopecia 1.
