GPX4-IN-23
GPX4-IN-23 (Compound 3e) is a GPX4 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.27 μM. GPX4-IN-23 induces Ferroptosis by enhancing lipid peroxidation, ROS production, and intracellular GSH depletion. GPX4-IN-23 exhibits antiproliferative activity against central nervous system cancer cells. GPX4-IN-23 can be used in studies related to central nervous system cancers.

GPX4 0.27 μM (IC50) |
GPX4-IN-23 potently inhibits recombinant GPX4 enzyme, with an IC50 of 0.27 μM[1].
GPX4-IN-23 (48 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of SNB-75 central nervous system cancer cells, with an IC50 of 3.22 μM[1].
GPX4-IN-23 (0.3-0.6 μM) increases the level of lipid peroxidation in SNB-75 central nervous system cancer cells in a concentration-dependent manner, with MDA levels increased by 2.5-fold and 3.5-fold at concentrations of 0.3 μM and 0.6 μM, respectively[1].
GPX4-IN-23 (0.3-0.6 μM) dose-dependently depletes glutathione in SNB-75 CNS cancer cells[1].
